1. The service

CVMaster provides tools to create, edit, score, and download resumes and cover letters, including optional AI-assisted writing features. Free and paid plans are described on the Pricing page and may change over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your resumes and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other users' data, abusing AI credits through automation, or using the platform to create fraudulent or misleading documents.

4. AI-generated content

AI suggestions are drafts to help you write faster. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content and ensuring your final resume is truthful and accurate before using it in job applications.

5. Payments & refunds

Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. If a payment issue occurs or you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will resolve it fairly.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for hiring outcomes, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 3 months.
