When you create an account we collect your email address and name. When you build a resume, the content you enter (work history, education, skills, contact details) is stored in your account so you can edit and download it later. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.

2. How we use your data

Your resume content is used only to provide the service: rendering previews, generating AI suggestions you request, and producing downloads. When you use AI features, the relevant text is sent to our AI provider to generate the response; it is not used to train models on your behalf by us. We never sell your personal data.

3. Advertising

Some pages may display third-party advertisements (e.g. via advertising networks). These networks may use cookies or similar technologies to serve relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

4. Data storage & security

Data is stored with our cloud database provider using encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your resumes is restricted to your authenticated account through row-level security.

5. Your rights

You may delete your resumes at any time from your dashboard. To delete your entire account and associated data, contact us via the Contact page and we will process the request promptly.
