Refund Policy

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with CVMaster Pro, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase of a Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly subscription — no questions asked. This applies to your first subscription payment only.

2. Renewal payments

Subscription renewals are not automatically refundable. However, if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep, contact us within 7 days of the renewal date and we will review the request fairly — in most cases we will issue a refund if the service was not used after the renewal.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your Pro features remain active until the end of the paid billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

4. How to request a refund

Send a message through our Contact page (or reply to your purchase receipt email) with the email address used for the purchase. Refund requests are processed within 5–10 business days, and the money is returned to your original payment method. Purchases made through our payment provider may also be refunded directly by the provider in line with their buyer terms.

5. Free plan

The free plan requires no payment, so no refunds apply. AI credits included with any plan have no cash value and are not refundable separately.

6. Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding to use paid features for free.
